Michela and Tony are above all, two friends, two gourmet united by the love for good things in life.
Michela is a chef with long experience and very high quality standards. She traveled extensively working on yachts, enriching her cooking style with imputs and ideas form all over the world. She is the creative heart of the gourmet experiences and she creat exclusive dishes mixing local ingredients with international details, tradition and originality.
Tonyhas a true passion for wine, he is a refined and curious coinnoisseur, with a well trained palate. He is the social soul of the gourmet experiences, he loves to entertain the guest analyzing the details of a wine and sharing his passion.
Ca’n Salas
Ca’n Salas is a traditional mallorcan “finca”, owned by the same family since her construction more than a century ago, and mantains many details of the mallorcan tradition
It’s a very cosy place: she has history, and it shows!
In the “finca” there are a few fruit trees and wild herbs that Michela regularly uses in her cooking, together with herbs and vegetables from the little garden we mantain in the “finca”.
